RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. All items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Restocking Fee A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover processing, inspection, and repackaging costs.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
