Le Stelle is informed by the Star card’s quiet assurance—an image of steadiness after disruption, where guidance appears not through force, but through constancy and trust.

Cut from 18-gauge cold-rolled steel, the panel is plasma cut, hand-shaped, and guided through a deliberate aging process. Layers of paint are built and selectively removed; oxidation is introduced and controlled to create depth and tonal movement across the surface. The finish is sealed and hand-buffed with wax, allowing subtle variation and texture to remain visible and tactile.

Measuring approximately 22" × 44", Le Stelle functions as a statement piece intended to anchor a space with calm presence rather than visual dominance.

In Tarot, the Star follows upheaval and collapse, offering orientation rather than resolution. It is a symbol of quiet persistence and distant light—guidance that remains visible even when certainty is not yet restored. This piece reflects that restraint, favoring balance, openness, and endurance over excess.

Each piece is individually finished and produced in limited quantities due to the time-intensive, multi-stage aging process. Natural variations in patina and surface texture are inherent to the work and are integral to its character.
